Carly Shay is a 16 year old who lives with his brother Spencer, who is responsible for Carly, since his father´s military is in a submarine. Along wihth her best friend Samantha "Sam" Puckett,Carly decides to crate a webshow, and he ends up becoming famous, making Carly and Sam become famous on the internet.
The program is presented by Carly and Sam and produced by Freddie, who is in love with Carly, but she does not give a damn about it.
